She has become a bit of a fixture in the program. Sometimes, there will be as many as 4-5 students seated, all talking while they pet her. Sophie has a few tricks she also does with the kids that have proven enduring as well. You wouldn't think it would make as much of a difference as it does, but when we do post-group assessments with the students, they consistently write in that having her present was a major "positive." Parents report similarly.
